Happy Monday everyone! Today was a crazy day! The time change made getting the kids up this morning super fun!! Then, after I got everyone out the door, I realized my husband took my phone to work, and left me with his phone. Well, I don't know about you, but I'm paralyzed without my phone! I think we've finally got it together today, but the day is not over is it?

I wanted to share this cute little project with you today. I made it last week, but have been to busy to film a video until today. I hope you enjoy it!

Sneak Peek at my next project!

It's been a while since I posted any projects. Our family took a ski trip, one last winter event before this beautiful Spring weather finally set in! I did squeeze in a few projects last week. Here's a glimpse of one that I just love. I'll be doing a video of this sometime this week, so stay tuned. This is the adorable bicycle built for two stamp from the new Pedal Pusher stamp set. This stamp set is one of the free sets you can get with a $50 purchase during Sale-a-bration. Remember, Sale-a-bration ends March 31st, so if you want this set, order before then! I just love it!

Birthday Card using Party with Cake and the Aquapainters

Good morning, friends! I got the chance to play around with the Aquapainters yesterday, and I am in love! This is the card I created. It's a larger card (A7 size--5x7). I did my watercoloring on the Shimmery White Cardstock, and it was so easy! I can't wait to do more watercoloring. It's so fun and relaxing!

Our Porch Project

This is our second year of being able to enjoy our new porch. I've had lots of questions about it, so I thought I'd share my pictures. The company we used is called Sundecks of Richmond. They were absolutely wonderful, and very professional. I work from home, so I was here all day every day to see the progress. It was truly amazing to watch! They were such a great group of guys that I actually missed them when they were gone!

Our original deck was not big enough, and we had always dreamed of building a double decker screened porch. We are fortunate that our master bedroom is directly above the family room where we were adding the screen porch, so we decided to do the second story and have a covered balcony up there. We are so pleased with the finished product, and truly spend so much time out there enjoying it! Our final addition was a hot tub that we purchased a couple of weeks ago. It's been so nice during this cold weather to be able to go out and enjoy it, and the kids love it too!

The photos of old furniture are pieces we purchased on Craigslist that I reupholstered using outdoor fabric.
